The flanged cast-iron valve DU80 is an analogue of the valve 30Ч6БР

ZF-P flange valves consist of the following main parts (see Fig. 1,2,3), body 1, cover - 5, wedge - 7, two discs - 3, stem - 8, gland - 11, sleeve - 6, manual control body or electric drive - 10.

The effort when tightening the fastening parts is no more than 4 kg * s * m. After 1 month of operation, it is necessary to re-tighten the fastening parts with a force of no more than 2 kg * s * m

The latch is closed when the control body with a threaded sleeve is rotated clockwise, as a result of which the rod makes a translational movement. When closing, the rod with discs and a wedge between them is lowered. The disk rests against the supporting surface of the bottom of the housing, and the wedge pushes the disks apart and tightly presses the sealing surfaces of the disks to the sealing surfaces of the housing, thereby achieving the density of closing the passage.

The disks move along the guides in the case, a paronite gasket is placed between the cover and the case.

To prevent the passage of the medium between the cover and the rod, a packing is placed in the stuffing box, pressed by the stuffing box 11.

Valves (DN50-DN200) are controlled manually using a manual control device (wheel or handle). To close and at the initial moment of opening the latch, if the effort of one person is not enough, the use of an additional lever is allowed.

Valves (DN200-DN300) are controlled by an electric drive in two modes: electric and manual (see the manual for installation and operation of the electric drive).
