The non-return valve between the flanges is designed to prevent the reverse flow of the medium, hermetically closing the passage in the reverse direction of the flow. Valves are characterized by low resistance. They are reliable, do not cause noise and do not create hydraulic shock.
The principle of operation of the valve: when the medium is supplied, the shutter is turned, when the medium supply is stopped, the shutter is lowered to the surface of the housing seal and prevents the reverse flow of the medium
The valve is installed between the flanges in response to the pipeline and is compressed with pins.
It is not allowed to weld flanges to a pipeline with an installed valve.
During installation, the valve must freely enter the inter-flange space. Check the correct installation of the seal.
Hydraulic shock can damage the valve. It is recommended to use compensators to reduce the thermal expansion of the pipeline.
