Ground hydrants are used to draw water for firefighting and domestic purposes. They are located above ground and provide quick access to water in case of fire. The hydrant is installed on underground, horizontal sections of the pipeline located below the ground freezing line.

Fire hose connection: two DN80 mm connections or GC-80 pipe outlet connection.

The hydrant consists of:

upper body, underground body and base (balloon chamber).

Characteristics:

- The connection between the above-ground and underground sections of the hydrant must be made using flanges and special bolts, which in case of collision with the hydrant ensure its separation without damaging the internal and external components of the hydrant.

- Fully automatic water discharge after the hydrant is completely closed.

- The upper body and internal components can be replaced without closing the shut-off valves.
